- Jakmile kurýr doručí zásilku do AlzaBoxu, obdržíte notifikaci v aplikaci Zásilkovna, SMS ve které naleznete autorizační kód. Tento kód naklikáte na displeji umístěném na AlzaBoxu. Po zadání kódu se otevřou dveře schránky, v níž se nachází vaše zásilka. Pokud je zásilka na dobírku, tak je potřeba ji uhradit pomocí aplikace před vyzvednutím.
- Platba dobírky probíhá pouze bezkontaktně, a to pouze pomocí aplikace Zásilkovna. Upozorňujeme, že platba v hotovosti ani platba kartou v AlzaBoxu není možná. Terminál zabudovaný do AlzaBoxu slouží pouze pro zákazníky Alzy.

- Své zásilky můžete vyzvedávat vždy do půlnoci následujícího dne od doručení zásilky. O procesu doručení budete pravidelně informováni pomocí aplikace Zásilkovna, SMS, e-mailu. Šest hodin před uplynutím úložní doby obdržíte SMS o poslední šanci k vyzvednutí, poté bude zásilka vrácena odesílateli. Prosíme, abyste zásilky vyzvedávali co možná nejdříve a uvolnili tak schránky pro další zájemce
