- Své zásilky můžete vyzvedávat vždy do půlnoci následujícího dne od doručení zásilky. O procesu doručení budete pravidelně informováni pomocí aplikace Zásilkovna, SMS, e-mailu. Šest hodin před uplynutím úložní doby obdržíte SMS o poslední šanci k vyzvednutí, poté bude zásilka vrácena odesílateli. Prosíme, abyste zásilky vyzvedávali co možná nejdříve a uvolnili tak schránky pro další zájemce
